His take charge attitude sees him leading people and organizations. Leading in products or process design, leading in market segmentation, willing to take risk in opening up new markets leading in community groups and voluntary boards and exhibiting leadership qualities as business educators or public servants.

The challenge facing today’s executive are quit different from those of a generation ago where once most companies served regional markets and employed local work force, today’s global zing is the rule supported by new information and communication technology, organizational structures are changing. Companies that succeed in the new market place are often those built around semi autonomous groups operating across function and across boarders. I believe that success in business requires an understanding of what drives business as whole, which means that business of all sizes must anticipate and respond to worldwide trends rapidl7y changing competitive environment.

‘A product which satisfies the need, clicks the market’. Also managers in the present scenario are incomplete without the knowledge of information technology.
